Louisiana Chefs to Take Over Birmingham Restaurants

On Tuesday, September 23rd, Birmingham, Alabama, diners will get a taste of Louisiana’s renowned cuisine at eight area restaurants.

Birmingham, AL/August 28, 2014 — On Tuesday, September 23, Hoffman Media, in conjunction with the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association, will present a Louisiana Takeover, an evening where Birmingham diners will have the opportunity to experience the culinary trails of Louisiana. Participating restaurants include Highlands Bar and Grill, Bottega, Ollie Irene, Little Savannah, Avo & Dram, Bistro 218, The View at The Club (members only), and Dixie Fish Co. Seven chefs from Louisiana will be placed these restaurants, allowing diners to receive a unique Louisiana dining experience right in their hometown. Chefs and their placements include:
